Chicken salad with corn

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch (canned)
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt pepper

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken salad with corn:

The chicken breast is boiled in hot salted water. Remove and after cooling, cut according to preference.

Add the corn over the meat. I put the cucumber on the large grater. Add over the chicken.

I did the same with the carrot and cheese.

Salt and pepper the salad to taste and mix gently.

Mix the oil with the lemon juice in a cup and when it becomes like an emulsion, pour it over the salad.

We made this salad for the first time and we really liked it.
