Because we are fasting, obviously there could be no shortage of fasting recipes on the blog, and as I love mushrooms today, a recipe with mushrooms, bathed in a delicious and aromatic tomato sauce, a dish that will surely conquer you. Perfect with a steaming polenta next to it.
Ingredient:

1 kg mushrooms
2 red cans (about 800 ml)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
green parsley
Bay leaves
salt pepper
basil
oregano
thyme

Method of preparation:


Leave it on the fire for another 10-15 minutes then sprinkle with green parsley and serve.

Chicken meatballs with spaghetti and tomato sauce - a delicious snack, easy to prepare and very filling. For meatballs, all you have to do is put all the ingredients in the blender, mix them and then form balls of the obtained composition.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Baking time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS for meatballs

250 gr chicken meat (boneless leg, skinless, minced)

1 small carrot grated

1 teaspoon fresh, chopped thyme

25 gr parmesan, given on a small grater

INGREDIENTS for tomato sauce

3 cloves chopped garlic

2 teaspoons olive oil

10 fresh basil leaves

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the tomatoes, garlic and olive oil on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Keep them in the oven for 20 minutes until soft. Pour everything into a tall bowl, add balsamic vinegar and basil and mix everything well in a blender.

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions and drain them.

For the meatballs, put all the ingredients in the blender, season to taste. From the obtained composition form 30 balls.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the balls for 5-6 minutes until golden.

Heat the tomato sauce, add the spaghetti and then the meatballs.

1. For the sauce, cook the chopped onion in the oil for 5 minutes, over which the tomatoes, wine, sugar, salt, pepper and cumin are added. Leave on low heat for 20 minutes.
